I live in Tucson but once a year I drive up to Scottsdale to buy shoes, racket, clothes, etc. Occasionally I bring a racket and ask them to string for me. Never a problem before. I called today because I am driving up there in a couple of weeks and wanted to buy some shoes and shirts. I asked them if they could string my racket while on that trip. They said they couldn’t reserve a time for me because they might be doing other racquets. I explain that I have a 4 hour round trip and that they worked me in on prior visits. They can’t do it. Must be new management Disappointed to say the least

I have been to the store twice and have had excellent customer service both times. Russell was exceptional. Save yourself some time and money and give these guys a shot.

Shout out to Luke who was super helpful on tennis racket recommendation, explaining the differences with different models and making it a priority for my son to have his ready before his next match. Thanks so much Luke 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 This shop might be a little dated but it has a huge variety of tennis and pickleball rackets; shoes, balls, and all the apparel and so much more.
